Better than the pictures
The staff were very friendly, the jacuzzi was clean and breakfast was nice. Everything about the room was perfect, and I really can't compliment the staff enough, they were all incredibly friendly and nice. If ever I was to stay in a hotel in Querétaro, I will absolutely consider this one without a second thought, a first class experience for an amazing price.
The bedclothes were a bit worn and had tears in them. There was no kettle, milk or coffee, just a coffee machine with no coffee which was not a big issue, especially for the price, just unusual. Lastly we went to order room service at 10:40 and the woman at the desk said that it was done for the day, but when we went down the man at the restaurant said it was still open. He was very friendly and we really didn't mind. The last nitpick was the water in the jacuzzi was sort of cold, even with only the hot tap on, and we couldn't get it to turn on.

Good quality hotel with some minor negatives
- good hotel in general - good staff - secure - good restaurant for breakfast and dinner (it is pricey!) - AC in room
- bad neighborhood (edge of a bad area actually, no walking recommended) - AC is really noisy, not possible to sleep while it is on - no fridge in room - shower was clogged: water was not flowing down fast enough: even slippers don't help avoiding contact with floor bacteria - only good price when on sale

Very good hotel and awesome staff
The staff is super well trained and attentive! All of them, from the person that receives you at the lobby to the lady that cleans the rooms!
